Work to be done, resurface north lot 400', south lot 465'
interior horseshoe lot. West lot at rear is ok. 50 foot width.
remove top 3-5" of asphalt, resurface so as to leave
lots LOWER than they are now. If redoing only the center, center should be lower.
Problem - parking lots have been resurfaced many times and
are so high now they are not draining the property.
1. We need price to do north, south, interior lots, fixing the
CENTER of each lot only - sides have little or no wear and tear.
2. We need price to do all lots sides included.
3. We need price to do entire parking lot.
May want to do one side at a time.
Entire parking system. Rear lot is ok.
